Hi I am looking to move to this area, but concerned about safety. Does anyone have any feedback?

the dying man said, sorry, just like I said in the Asbury thread, places like this are for pioneers, and the pioneers took most of the arrows, you can call me when it is better, until then the best advice is to stay away

I was there the other day, and very often. I was fine. The reasoning is fairly simple. Journal Square is big hub of PATH and has big station, that implies many people living there... so there got to be area not safe and most area still quite safe ... but, safe or not, still depending on how wealthy you are ... If you are wealthy, you may move to Newport Jersey City ...
