When I was a kid it was a sports store called Super Sports. That effing thing is so Jersey it hurts.

I cant imagine it being a restaurant, its HUGE inside.

80's-90's it was an electronics store called the WIZ, then it was empty for a long time before PC Richards moved in.

At one time it was a Super Sports USA, kind of like another version of a Sports Authority

It's funny because I've been reading a lot about this "boat" recently and I have been meaning to go there.

There are quite a few stories online about the history of the place, which is called "The Flagship"
