Among other things... I love living by the beach in all four seasons, and especially love the beach during off-season!

I love walking on the beach with my dog during Fall/Winter and delighting in the crisp cold air, hoping I can enjoy this solitude for just a little while longer. I know, everyone loves the beach in the summer, but for me the colder weather holds the greatest treasures. If no one else thinks so, fine by me.

I beg to differ.....my kids live in Ocala and I have spent the last 3 Christmas holidays there........3 years ago it dropped into the 40s at night and rose to about 60 during the day.....last year it dropped into the 20s at night and rose into the 60s during the day.....this year it dropped into the 20s at night and rose into the 40s and 50s during the day....several days after I left they had freezing rain and sleet. It may not be a New Jersey winter but your fooling yourself if you think it doesn't get cold there or they don't have seasons.
