What is it about this hiring that bothers you? That it's a friend of Christies? That the job sill pay $190k? That the job exists at all?

Default and in the same link........

"Rahway spends $90k on a piano

By Wally Edge | February 18th, 2010 - 9:24am
| More

[i]Despite being put on notice that they could lose state financial aid this year, the Rahway City Council has decided to spend $90,000 on a piano that will be loaned to the Union County Performing Arts Center. The handmade Fazioli Pianoforti F-228 will be used at the Klavierhaus Piano Conservatory, which Mayor James Kennedy is key to Rahway’s cultural renewal.

Mod cut: copyright violation

Read the link a bit further to see additional taxpayer abuse in these hard times and the hard times to come. Which do you find more outrageous and why did you not include this other abuse?

Get the idea that taxpayer abuse is endemic, as in woven into the fabric of the cloth of legislative practice, in NJ?

Endemic in the federal government?

$200mil per year just for security for the KSM trial ?

Get used to the howl of 'withdrawl symptoms" from the bloated sucklings.

We will watch CC and if a pattern of taxpayer abuse emerges these pages will flame with outcry.

Hold CC to the same standard as you would hold your own town.

What they have in common is one cash account from which to draw funding...our back pocket!

A blind partisan perspective reveals the pathology of our sorry state.

To be more consistent let's count the times CC proclaims the burden of his "inheritance".

Wow! nice gig. He gets a 140K pension with annual cola increases, 600K buyout, free health bennies for life. Let me do the math for ya he's 55 if he lives to 85 add it all together and he's sucking the pension system for about 6 MILLION. Sign me up. Thats better than playing the lottery.

How would this be a strike on Gov. Christie? This Guy was given this cushy gig before Christie took office. Christie got rid of him. Who is going to be unhappy he was booted?
