Hello,

I'm having a really hard time trying to find a banquet hall that allows self catering. Due to a very tight budget.. I need to do as much as possible myself while still having an elegant reception. I've started searching VFW's and Municipal Bldgs but so far.. they're all VERY unattractive. Any suggestions for the South Jersy, Philadephia area would be GREATLY appreciated. I'm starting to get discouraged now .

I know the Star Cross Fire Hall does that. Most people in my family when they had weddings would do just that.

Try looking at the Kings Grant community hall (overlooks a lake) in Marlton, New Jersey. We used that banquet facility for my daughters wedding reception and while we used our own caterer they have a very nice facility and if you wished to be your own caterer I don't think thats a problem.
