Okay.. Whats everyone favorite?? There are so many to choose from down here and our favorite so far is Due Amichi in Cinnaminson.. We heard Nunzio's in Collingswood is excellent too.

I've always heard good things about Lucia's in Vineland, it's just REALLY expensive

Graziano's on the WHP, somewhere near Atco (I'm never sure where each town begins and ends in that area).

Due Amici and Nunzio's are very good. Lucia's is as well and is probably one of the only "upscale" dining options in Vineland.
A favorite of my family is Bruno's at 509 Hopkins Rd. in Haddon Twp. (it's a Haddonfield mailing address, so most places list it as Haddonfield). Fantastic food, good portions and very affordable. It's also a BYOB with a liquor store right next store that gives discounts if you are eating dinner and has a nice Italian wine selection.

Not sure if this is considered "South" enough, but Tarantella in Medford is really good. Great food, huge portions and a really good atmosphere.
