Its the Holland Tunnel Vents in Jersey City , and in a few years it will have a park on top of it. + Marina

That building is the "Vent building for the Holland Tunnel"...sits right on top of it.
There is one on NY side the same, sitting on the other end of the tunnel.

yea it took me a while to figure out what that structure is. i saw it a couple times and wondered what this huge building without windows could be.
