My sister in law's company is moving to philly....She is not...So, she needs a new job!!! She is very intelligent, and very reliable! She is looking for a executive assistant/manager position..

Have you tried Hotjobs.com ? or Monster.com ? There are many jobs sites listing all sorts of jobs and resume services ...

My brother-in-law got his Goldman Sachs job at Dice.com but that's more IT professional job ...

Hi to whom this may concern: I just got my GED then a microsoft office cetificate and accounting , my experiences are with cashier I volunteered at an office now I have experience with office help but not employed by an employer. I am looking for a job in my certifications but every one wants experience for 2-5 yrs. How do I get my foot in the door with an office job to train me to there ways for a long term position?

Go sign up with 4-5 temp agencies, that's your best bet outside of networking. I've had at least 15 calls and 5-6 interviews since mid-April without even trying.

Many companies are sitting on wads of cash and are not hiring purposely because they're working their leftover employees to death until they see real improvement in the economy when increased demand will require more employees. It's going to be a longer slog than anyone anticipated.
