Ocean City (renting, condo, live in)

I vacation at the Jersey shore every year and was interested in renting a place for one month next year in Ocean City. Does anyone know what the rents are for a small condo and where to go to find a rental? I could look at it in July when I take my vacation.

We just got back from a vacation in Ocean City (we are from NJ originally, but live in NC now). We rented a place through Berger Realty (do a Google search for them...make sure you also type Ocean City, NJ (to distinguish it from Ocean City, MD). The place was newer, nicely furnished, and clean and the agents at Berger were accomodating and went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. We paid $595 for the week, but I know starting this weekend (June 15th) the rates start to really climb. Good luck!

Thanks! I will check them out. That's a good rate you paid but I'm sure they jack them up for July and August.
