Belleville is the most mixed, least Italian influenced one of the three.

My family is Italian and from Nutley / Belleville area. I graduated HS in the 80's and just about everyone there had a vowel at the end of their name. I have since moved away and Belleville has become a bit of a melting pot. However, Nutley has held its own. Best Dunkin Donuts around on Washington Ave / Park ave.

I have lived in Nutley for 44 years. My parents have lived here for 86 years. When I was a kid it was 70% Italian and now its around 45-50%. Its a really nice community. The taxes are crazy expensive but its home
Truthfully everyone I know has a last name that ends with a vowel

My family's surname ends in a vowel and we're 100% Ukrainian. And no, the vowel is not "ski."

Wop is a pejorative slur used to describe Italians or people of Italian descent. Sorry I misspelled the term.
