You need a BCC parking sticker to park there. They patrol the parking lots and look for the stickers. You pay taxes, but you don't pay tuition. If you know of someone who goes to BCC, ask them if you can have them get another parking sticker for your car. It costs a few dollars though. I think you can get more than one sticker.

Barnes and Nobles cannot kick you out just because you aren't looking at their books.

The library at Bergen is only open until 10:30 pm and u do not need an I.D. as for parking you do need a parking pass however I am a student there and I do not have one I just bought a new car and have not got one yet it been three weeks and no ticket. However Montclair State University's library is open 24 hours however it is only open until midnight to the public. Although they do not walk around and kick you out, but if you try to go in after midnight there will be someone by the door checking I.D.'s. I have stayed there past midnight plenty of times without being kicked out. Just get there before midnight and find a spot on the second floor when you go.
