DNJ,
We have a guy from the neighborhood that does decks and we're having Masterson Pools from Barnegat put our pool in . Masterson Pools put in our first pool and his work is great. They made it look so easy. Talk to you soon.

Union, I have 5 kids! I haven't been making the rounds to the sports fields since my oldest daughter (who is now 22). My middle school son is visually impaired and doesn't get involved in sports. I have two girls in Collins who are very into dance. We just adopted a 2 yr old (well he's been with us since he was an infant). Now HE loves football!!!

Greg Masterson put in our current pool too. As well as many of my neighbors here on Ravenwood. He does a great job.

Guardian called me to tell me the bill they sent me was returned as no such address (they sent it to High Pointe). They thought I was already in the home. We will probably not move in until March.

Default ryan homes

hi everyone... shan haven't heard from you in awhile? my husband and I are closing in the month of february in a sienna. We have been more than satisfied with the service provided by our salesman. It has been challenging since he no longer works at the office, but our process has been very smooth. We understood completely the impervious coverage. we not only signed the document, but also were explained again at our pre-construction meeting. Our attorney also reviewed this information during our grace period after signing....

cttblack.. didn't you have to sign the impervious coverage paper work? we had to sign it and it was explained when the document was presented. we didn't like it either, but we loved the home and have sought more info from the town which has indicated those restrictions will be heavily reduced.

Hi Everyone, My husband and I are waiting to close on the 23 over in High Pointe.
But I was over at Independence on Sat. My girlfriend is buying a home at that site.
It should be ready in a couple of months. It was very nice.

Kelly,

I am so happy that you and Rob are having a great experience with your new home, unfortunately though, not everyone is having the same experience.

I agree 100% with you regarding Sean and I have personally rewritten my questionaire survey and have given to him -10's across the board. I have no use for him as he is no more than a used car sales person to me.

As for remaining positive, with the issues I have encountered and continue to encounter, it is becoming extremely difficult for me to remain positive. I no longer trust Ryan Homes and I am tired of being lied to and given CRAP answers.

I remain hopeful that my issues with my new home will be resolved and unfortunately, I would not recommend a Ryan Home to anyone based on my own experience.

Lisa

I was just wondering if all of the problems have been resolved at Independence Place. Did you get the back stairs? We are not in our house at High Pointe yet. A few other are but it does not look like any stairs have arrived (as far as I can see).

My wife and I are building at lampost and starboard. We were well informed about the impervious coverage by our sales rep (Dan), but the incentives were great and we loved the house.(sienna) We already live in Barnegat and love the town. The process has been smooth without any major hang ups. And I am being told that the CAFRA restrictions have been decreased.

Default Masterson Pools

Masterson pools in Barnegat put all the pools in, in our neighborhood. He was honest, showed up when he said, he's quiet and down to earth not pushy at all. My only sugg. is to really know what you want, he doesn't try to sell you stuff. So, if you want fountains or special stairs you have to tell him.
We got both of those, the kids love the fountains and I love the polaris cleaner.
Good Luck
