Help: Dentist Needed in Edison area! (Wayne, Highland Park: insurance, credit, live)

I need help to find a dentist that does implants along with general dentistry, in the Edison area.
I am a Big Chicken when it comes to dentists, so if you have personal experience with a good (& painless) dentist, it would be very much appreciated.
It's hard when you move and need to find a dentist...it's such a personal thing. Anyone ever try Angie's List for anything?
I did look at the results in another post about this subject, but only a couple of dentists were recommended and they are not in my dental plan.

There is a great dentist in Highland Park: Sanford Heitlinger - 732-777-9077

The only negative is even if you have dental insurance, you have to pay cash/credit for all services up front, and then submit a claim to your insurance company for reimbursement.

As a dentist that lives in Edison I am also curious about who is recommended in this area. We moved from Manhattan and haven't decided on a dental provider. I have received mailers from Gentle Dental on oak tree road and I like what i see from their credentials. As a practicing dentist I know how important it is to keep your training up to date and these dentists seem to be on top of their continuing education.

I go to Dr. Grob at 34 Progress Street Suite 36 just off Inman Ave and I come all the way from Wayne.
