Why? It is a 2br 2ba condo, but, somehow listing as 3br and 1ba. Can you imagine if buyers looking to buy 2br 2ba condo at Piscataway, s/he will NEVER see this unit; people looking for 2ba would not bother with 1ba.
For people looking for 3br would NEVER match this unit, since once their agent called the listing agent, their agent will skip it; it is 2br 2ba, NOT 3br.
So, if you are a desperated buyer looking for nice community with playground, swimming pool, tennis court, clubhouse, and near Edison Train Station
from: 255 Central Ave, Edison, New Jersey 08817 to: 268 Hampshire Ct, Piscataway, NJ 08854, USA - Google Maps and Rutgers Univ ...etc.
You got it, this is the best deal at Piscataway... I am just curious who would be that lucky buyer ...
and of course, if you are a seller and your unit did not go, check carefully of all the marketing your listing agent did ...
