You are correct on my prior incidents, but I for one believe in redemption. Seat belt laws are akin to drug laws--they are victimless crimes.

We have a good life and we wear our seat belts because we value our lives as well as others.
This OP is moronic at best. I mean the post not the poster. The real judge will pass a proper judgment on the poster when they meet in the end and after reading some of the OP s other posts that may happen much sooner than the OP ever dreamed of.

Well, he saw you, so I guess they can.

On another note, this is akin to a parking ticket. There are no points associated with a seatbelt ticket, and it's a minimal fine. They're not going to knock this down to a lesser offense because a lesser offense doesn't exist. Just pay the damn thing.
EDIT: Ironically, as I write this, NBC10 is reporting that NJ's "Click it or Ticket" campaign starts this week.

Drug offenses are victimless crimes? Good thing you have nothing to do with any part of the criminal justice system. How about you just obey the speed limit and wear your seat belt and you won't have all these problems. Maybe instead of always blaming the cop it's time for some personal responsibility.

I can't wait to see what this TC posts next week. Maybe, he'll get caught texting on the phone while speeding and not wearing his seatbelt?
Well, hope this thread serves a better lesson for the guy to really find redemption or get on a bus. Don't know if the "third try" will work here....
(I'm still face-palming his last thread. I should stick that thread into a favorites section or something....)

If you want to die in a car accident, that is your business, but it costs taxpayers money when you fly through the windshield and firefighters have to disconnect you from the car or scrape you off the pavement.
