For those interested but not following rates, they are at an all time low. I'm looking to refinance. Has anyone come across a real good rate for New Jersey?

Thanks.

i believe hsbc is still have 0.25% discount for premier customer, and their rate is 4.75 the last time I check. So u can get it for 4.5% if you a premier customer

Default Read the fine print, or contact a professional

Most of what you read on websites regarding rates includes lots of "fine print." MOD CUT: READ THE RULES! Advertising not allowed on CD Forums. You do not have enough posts to make a recommendation. Rates are indeed fantastic of late, nearing all-time lows.
