I am out of attorney review for the purchase of a 3.5 year old home in Freehold NJ. My wife and I love the house but did not realize the issues synthetic stucco siding had in the past. Does any body know of a home inspector that specializes in stucco?
Supposedly todays EIFS has less issues if constructed properly and drainage is in place. We still want a home inspector who is knowledgeable in this type of siding to inspect this house so we could back out or have repairs done if there are any issues.
