Default Las Lunas/Belen options

Someone was asking about restaurant options in Belen. Mis Amigos was thrown out earlier. For a fast option, swing by Burritos Alinstante. It fits somewhere between fast food and sit down, but it's great food at fair prices. In Los Lunas, there's always the Luna Mansion, but I really enjoy Teofilo's. It's across the way. The carne adovada is excellent.

nmoky is on a distinguished road
I agree with ziaAirmac, Teofilo's in Las Lunas is great. Their green chile chicken enchiladas are good.

I think the atmosphere at Rancho Chimayo is a little different than you recall. As far as I know it's still closed due to a fire.
I always like the food there, and sitting outside is a bonus, even if it's a little chilly.
Fstephans...it's in Chimayo, on the back road between Sta Fe and Taos. Check it out if it reopens...I'm pretty sure it will.
