candyrock is on a distinguished road
Hi--I own between 11 & 12 acres between Inscription Rock & El Morro, 8 miles south on 125 & 6 miles west on 120--1 1/2 miles from Candy Kitchen. It's very beautiful land & I'm considering selling it & would carry the note. It's about 125 miles from Abq & I use it mostly for camping. Enough rocks to build a house. I may consider selling the land. If interested please let me know.

looking, finding and buying and be very exciting, exhilarating in fact.
When buying remote, vacant land you need to worry about a few things: WATER, electricity, roads, and property restrictions. Problems with any of these areas, among others, can be excruciating...and very expensive to solve.
Good luck and be very careful.

lerouxcreek is on a distinguished road
Hello! We, too, are looking at lots at the Cibola Trails Subdivision, at mile marker 53. We went up last weekend and just fell in love with the area! When are you going to look at it?? We found the roads in to be quite muddy right now and has been said that it will continue for a couple more months until the weather allows it to dry up. Not much snow, but in the trees. Which lot were you looking at??

Research if the property is in a land grant and pending lawsuits (near Las Vegas, the Tecolote Pueblo Grant/Montoya Grant suit has just been settled after 105 years). Beware of Adverse Occupancy, NM has short timelines giving squatters and greedy neighbors de facto ownership of unimproved or unoccupied property.
