Looking for small house, more land then house that is in small community that is relaxed. Needs to be less then 65K have small down. or land with power and water when I can be using my mobile coach as house until can build house. Would like a place where I can have miniture sheep (3) and space. Seeking good air, elevation about 4-4500 feet as not sure about snowfall in NM. Email any good possibilities.
