They were a little squidly, but they were just having a good time, not flipping people off or anything. Probably they were celebrating not being stuck behind an RV. They weren't exactly cruising...they were making time.

Open your eyes...NM is a beautiful place. I enjoy the out-of-doors, cool evenings, festivals, foods, and the mountains. If you are a bar fly...this may not be the place for you...but if yor like to explore...NM provides an endless number of options.

I try to spend a little time in Alamogordo every year and find the people to be some of the nicest people I've ever met. Just my two cents worth.

Judging from the people in Alamogordo that I've met here on city-data.com, they are. I wouldn't be the least bit nervous about living there.

I passed through "Alamo" back in May and was pleasently surprised. Being that I flew from my home in Nashville to El Paso, I had to drive up to Roswell. The journey took me through the area and I was very surprised! Great looking town and the local terrain, well, think of it as "God's Country". Very cool to be in the desert after seeing trees and water all back home in Tennessee. LOL!! Seriously though, I liked it alot. Seemed like a nice town and the folks I talked to were very nice. Even Roswell was cool!
