If you make it to Durango, look up Apple Orchard Inn. You won't regret it! Great views of the Train in the morning and afternoon accross the road and pasture.

Wanted to tell you all that you just reinforced why I wanted to travel through NM. All of your photos are Amazing!!!! THANK you, thank you, thank you....My daughter and I cant wait to hit the road and catch some of those NM sunsets....
