Moving to Milan NM, any information would help! (Clovis: apartments, rentals)

I might be moving to Milan, New Mexico soon from Michigan. I was offered a a job at the Cibola County Correctional Facility. Anyone know about Milan or how it is? I did live in Clovis, NM for awhile back in 2006, but I know this is on the other side of the state. Anyone with any information would be very helpful and if anyone knew about house rentals! THANK YOU.

I lived in Milan, NM for three years during which time I worked for CCA. I was relocated with my job in 2001, but still own my property there. It is a very small house on approximately 1/2 acre. I am very interested in selling. When comparing Clovis and Milan, my preference would be Milan. Much smaller, much less going on, but the surrounding area is beautiful!!! Mount Taylor, El Malpais, El Morro National Monument, Bandera Crater, The Ice Caves (just to name a few) are very close by.
