WOW! If this is on the level it sounds very interesting. The reporter seems to have been wrong about the location however. I too am curious why so far from the major education and technology centers. I smell a rat.

Thanks for correcting my hastily typed mistake. Of course I was thinking of NMSU in Las Cruces and UTEP in El Paso.
I feel sure that UNM, Sandia Labs and Los Alamos will likely figure in the equation too. And of course Texas Tech in Lubbock is now going to be the closest large campus to the selected site.
