Hi Gatorman, welcome to Timberon
Here is a link to the restrictive covenants, if you know your property's legal definition (Timberon 3, Blk 5, lot 10 for example), you can find it at that link, but - off the top of my head - I believe it's generally OK to live in a motorhome temporarily, while you build your home. The motorhome can't be a permanent or primary residence. The people at Roberts Realty (on Sacramento near the Post Office) can help you out too, for specific restrictions in your area.

Welcome to Timberon Gatorman and hi to you Nan.
I'm a former Timberonion living in Capitan. I'm sure you already have the answer to your question. Just wanted to welcome you to this neck of the woods.

I am so glad that Capitan seems to have worked out well for y'all! Enjoy!
To OP: I've never lived in Timberon, but it's a neat, pretty little place, with just about the most perfect climate! :-) There are some wonderful people who live there, too!

Welcome!
Where R U building? We LOVE Timberon. There are covenants //restrictions etc..... but in the 6 yrs we have owned property there..............they don't seem to be enforced much. Hope that your new adventure is all that you dreamed it would be!
