Ohhhh !!! I just want to hurry and get to NM permanately.
Cathy, I'm glad you found your doggie. I know that was stressful. Thanks for phone numbers.
Harry, I agree with Cathy...life is too short. Make some plans and get yourself on down to Alamogordo. Sounds bossy huh?

To see the sun streaking across the vast open blue sky...just great stuff.

Unfortunately the drive from Milwaukee down to EP is now a bit prohibitive......I do hope to get to EP again soon (my mother-in-law is coming for a visit to MKE soon and in the middle of her stay here, she is flying down to EP to visit her mother in EP and I am really envious).

Viva NM!!
Glad to see you posting Enjoy EP as i know most here miss your always POSITIVE postings about Albuquerque, New Mexico and El Paso.....but i understand completely with you living up in the midwest. I hope all is well for you and family and hopefully your lady (wife) will give you a good report of EP and all the new happenings there when she gets back....

Take Care !! harry......

I noticed that they reciently paved just a little ways of South Florida Ave to the Firestation by out where you live but the rest of it is in bad shape. Shame on the city for not fixing the roads there. I did noticed on Panorama and South Florida that the medians were landscaped and they looked nice.

It was a REAAALLY long weekend. But they did a great job....and he's home safe and sound.

THREE people called and told me to be sure and check Animal Control, that someone had seen him there!!!

Got some really nice, caring people here for sure! But this is NOT how I wanted to get to know this community, LOL!!!

I had called the paper and told them that he had been found, but I guess it was too late to pull the ad!!

Yep, parts of South Florida are in bad shape, as well as some other roads...Alaska, HI, etc. My street is in good shape, though.

They are really talking road improvements now, but we'll see what happens...probably not much!

I had the privilege of renting a little cottage up in Fresnal Canyon for 6 months. I still wish I lived there.

Ditto to Songinthewind and rainbird!

I have just six months to go now if everything goes according to our still-a-little-bit-uncertain moving schedule.
