Albuquerque/Rio Rancho is not the best social scene for men and women over 50. :-) Finding people with similar interests is the key. I would recommend you visit your local library and pick up a copy of "Oasis" which has many activities and interests common to 50+ residents, and also the "Alibi," with similar "going's on" in the area, but not specific for Baby Boomers and older.

Red face Being 50+ (or 60+, for that matter)

I'm not sure any area is great for the 50+. Being 50+ isn't great for the 50+. (I'm 61.) If I weren't 650 miles away, I'd come see you. After all, our usernames are only one letter different. I love NM and will likely move there when possible.

I think it would be cool for Catmac and Catman to meet up.
(Sorry, I couldn't help myself) My fingers started the typing and wouldn't stop.
LOL
