Default finding housing

We were in Hobbs last week and found a sweet little house in a great neighborhood in two hours! We stopped at the Chamber of Commerce, spoke with Ray and he had us connected in no time. I realize we were very lucky, but it seems next to impossible to find a place online. At least that was our experience.

There is very little on line. I have a complex of townhomes and we do have a web page but we seem to have constant technical difficulties. I have one more opening for mid January, 2008, and will have a couple more openings in Feb, 2008. They are 2 bed 1 1/2 bath and though they don't have much yard or other homey amenities, we are in the best school district and are the safest complex in the City. My husband is a cop and we live on the property. Several of his co-workers also live here. It is a bad time to buy right now. This may appear to be a self-serving statement, but I really don't have to do a lot of "sales" because my townhomes are very nice, kept updated and there remains a lack of rental property even though relief was supposed to happen in the Fall of 07.

Good luck with your relocation.
