The Rio Grande Gorge Bride west of Taos is magnificent but is scary enough for me (what is a fear of bridges called? )

YOU WOULD NEVER GET ME on that bridge at Pilar. NEVER NEVER NEVER.

I have just added both bridges to my Must See list! I think I have driven across the bridge in the Bosque. Thanks for the pictures

I've been over it on a motorcycle. I think it's magnificent! The only bridge that scares me in the "High Five" in Dallas, and it isn't so much the bridge that scares me but the traffic. (I could say that for all of the highways in Dallas!)

I thought I recognized the bridge. Help me remember, is it off of the truck route on the hospital end of town? I spent 18 months in L.A. Some good friends made there and some heart ache left behind.

Come on Towanda, it's an adventure and just a day trip from your future digs in Santa Fe!

Cool bridge pics, Mortimer

Go to Google Maps and enter [10 Fairway Dr, Los Alamos, NM]
it will bring up a location just N of the bridge and you can switch
to an aerial view where Diamond Drive crosses over Omega Road.

The aerial view does not show the arch, but you can locate the spot just fine.

Wonderful pictures all, but the one of Battleship Rock . . . speechless.

I originally moved out here to help friends who were opening the Laughing Lizard. Spent a wonderful first summer in Jemez Springs. Don't know that any hike beats going up to the falls.

Love the beautiful pictures.
Isn't there some hot springs around that area too?
