Default Rio Rancho Estates

I am trying to find out information on unit 22 in the Rio Rancho Estates. I am getting mixed info on the development of the area and the future of Rio Ranch Estates. Can anyone help me find out about this area? Is there any plans for Water, Electricity etc.... or is this dead land?

Are you looking at a particular area or lot in Unit 22? Let me know more details about what you are looking for and I can get you the answer. I am a Realtor in the area and can help you with most of your questions.

I am researching this for my relatives who are interested in possibly selling. I am coming out to look at the property at the end of the month, but was looking for basic info on the area. The lots are in unit 22. I have heard that this is dead property in this area. I have also heard that the property is good and that new growth is coming out there along with utilities. I don't want to commit to anything yet without getting real info on the area. Anything you can give me is greatly appreciated. If you would like to email me your information you can do so at etrash1@verizon.net

Default Property Inquiry

There is a lot of development starting in the northwest area of Rio Rancho. The city is in the process of moving the entire "city center" to an area close to Unser and Paseo del Vulcan. If you could forward your property information (legal description and/or owners last name) I could forward you all of the latest sales in the area. This kind of information could help you with your decision. In the mean time if you do come to town to visit, please do not hesitate to contact me and I can show you around.

I'd like to correspond with someone who is living in Rio Rancho. My family will be moving to Rio Rancho next year. It would be nice to get some input about the city, neighborhoods, schools, etc. If someone would like to exchange some info with me, that would be greatly appreciated. I can be reached at: aerodaze@gmail.com. I'm a stay-at-home mom. My husband's job is relocating. Thanks.
