A few more unrelated questions...
Hi:
My sister in WI - mentioned that the ticks are already out! Do you find wood ticks (there are lots of deer) what about mosquitos? and along with that - what about bats?? coyotes, raccoon?
On another topic..........can someone tell me what electric service runs -
typical monthly charge or kilowatt hour cost - not installation
Last one - our garage is ordered - so plans are being drawn - so we can get them to a NM designer to make sure that it meets all of the NM requirements........ any recommendations for concrete work - for the slab?
It will be great to come over this summer & put it up & get out of the HEAT!
Looks like 90 degrees is just around the corner.
Thanks!

Not many mosquitos up in the Mts. Your sister would love that part. Yes there are bats, coyotes and raccoons, but you really don't see them out.\

KWH charge is .096030, the cost adjustment is .007671 and the system charge is $16.00 Hope that helps, if not you can go to Otero County Electric Cooperative, Inc.

Sierra Construction does good work, Contact Steve. Or Mtncat might know of someone.

6'3', Here are a few shoots of the course at Timberon. There is a 9 hole rate of $12.00. Plus $8.00 for cart for 9 holes.

You just have to make sure the deer are not in the way of your shot.

Thanks for posting the photo's of the Golf Course up in Timberon Pipeweld . That just looks awesome as i just never knew after all these years that one existed there. That's great for the residents there and the Sacramento mountain area. There should be a web site featuring all the Golf Courses up in the mountains there as Ruidoso has 6 and Cloudcroft 2 and of course Timberon's as that makes 9 Golf Courses up in the Sacramento Mountains unless i'm missing one somewhere.

pool
Anyone in Timberon know if/when the pool will be repaired? I have heard plans to do so over the last year or two, but no opening date set as yet.

They're working on the pool now. Not sure of an opening date. I should have asked while I was there. Shouldn't be long though. I just realized you're in Timberon and came back to edit this post. We'll be living on Winter Lane when we get there permanately. Maybe we're neighbors.
Check with Jeremy at his ATV business downtown. He seems to know everything and maybe has a date for the opening of the pool.

Thanks for the info. It would be nice to take a dip in the pool when the mercury rises this summer.
Hey, we're all neighbors up here. I'm on San Juan Drive.
