Default Small house or bungalo

Hi, I'm interested in buying a small house close to activities and stores but not too close to neighboring homes.

Anyone know of any specific area where a bungalo on an acre can be bought.
Need good construction and not too expensive.

Las Cruces preferred.

Check the local newspaper RE listings. Relator.com seems to handle the more expensive stuff.

Please excuse spelling - the cut copy paste system changes fonts on me.
