Hi all
I own 2.5 acres in Unit 60 , does anyone know if putting in a rough rock/clay road bed to access the property requires a permit?

Unless I'm blind, according to https://www.blm.gov/sites/blm.gov/fi...ndex_Final.png, unit 59 is as high as they go.

It would help if you stated the county in New Mexico in which the property is located. I believe there are 33 counties...

I found this:

1 acre land in Deming New Mexico | Smile4uinc.com

Maps of the area are lower in the listing. Looks like there are access roads in place.

Short of a meth lab, I'm sure that you can do just about anything you want, at least at ground level.
