New Mexico has an outstanding tradition of architecture and a history of world renown architects. Each year the New Mexico Architecture Foundation (NMAF) spotlights our architectural tradition with three awards. Roughly described, these are for:
-- structures less than fifty years old,
-- structures older than fifty years, and
-- devoted individuals or groups that work to foster awareness or support for a community's architectural traditions.

The awards will be presented at the foundation's annual meeting in May. For more information please visit the NAMF website at https://newmexicoarchitecturalfounda...wards-program/

Last year's winners were...
--La Hacienda de los Martinez (Taos)
--Sky City Cultural Center & Haak’u Museum (Acoma) and National Hispanic Cultural Center (Albuquerque) [tied]
--Cornerstones Community Partnerships

NMAF Architecture Award nominations are accepted through April 10, 2018. New Mexico's natural beauty is second to none. Help celebrate our state's architectural achievements from the past and present as well as those working to increase public awareness of architecture in New Mexico. https://newmexicoarchitecturalfounda...wards-program/

Rather: "Please submit nominations by Tuesday, April 10, 2018..." There's always next year...
