Uh huh, LOL!!

It was 68° with a cool breeze blowing........such a contrast from Alamo, and I really didn't believe that there was that much difference!!

Is there any place in the vicinity to trout-fish without having to catch and release??

The only sport fishing I do is casting for bass....otherwise, everything is to eat!!! I don't know how to fly-fish, so that would be something I'd have to learn.

I'm off to Laborcita Canyon later this afternoon if we can get an appt...!!!

I like the Rio Penasco over by Mayhill which goes all the way to Artesia or anywhere around Ruidoso and the bait i use is Salmon eggs. As for fly fishing there really isn't a true river for that unless you go to the San Juan or Chama rivers by Farmington or the Gila river by Silver City.. Not sure about the Pecos river??

As for Laborcita canyon the road is paved for about 3 or 4 miles going up it then it turns to dirt and if you follow it all the way you come out at Bent just below Mescalero on U.S. 70.

Thanks for the info.....I thought you always fly-fished for trout.

It's one of my favorite eats...

At 6:02pm, it has dropped to 81, overcast and cloudy.

Harry, I'm NOT complaining, even though I loved CC the other day at 68 degrees....!! It's been a great day, though a tad humid at 38%!

Maybe Leadville at 10K feet..?
