Thanks, cathy4017! There are a lot of bands listed, but hardly any places for them to play on that site. I couldn't find any motorcycle shops either. Ach. Too much to ask for.

There has got to be a motorcycle shop in Alamo. Try searching the yellow pages. or do a dealer search on the brand website of your choice.

There are some listed in the yellow pages, but no Harley. Barnetts has two locations in EP and LC.
If you want what I found let me know and I can send you the info.

There IS a motorcycle shop on 70 right outside of town....I saw it on the way in from Cruces Wednesday....and the yellow pages listed 3 more, as well as some in Ruidoso!

So, you have 'em here!

But...as Jane said, no Harley.....

Thanks for the link! I'll bring it to DH's attention.....

His trip to Alamo has been postponed. He now has a friend of his that is also interested in moving down there, and wants to go with DH to check it out, but won't be able to go for another couple of months.... so it looks like summer is the time they'll be down there.

Thanks for the link Cathy as it's good to see Alamo finally start to feel like a little City instead of a Town. Talk about motorcycles if i ever get back to Alamo i'll have an Honda CRF 450 to cruise in miles upon miles of dirt trails in the Sacramento mountains......

This is my fun !!!! So move to Alamo and get one of these and have a blast in the Lincoln National Forest.

I know there is a motorcycle place in Ruidoso.
I'm hoping Alamo has a Chase bank. That would be nice.
Cathy, the kennel you put your dogs in when you were moving; did you like the place your dogs stayed? I don't like kennels but we may need one sometime and would like to find a reputable one.
You all please keep your fingers crossed that this flood plain mess on our house gets straightened out this coming week so we can close and get our hineys to the mountains.

I'd like to know about kennels also - I hate putting my fur-baby in one, but sometimes it's unavoidable!
