I dont know about value as I have never shopped around, but there are some fantastic ones in the square in Santa Fe.

AFAIK - anywhere in Farmington, Grants, Gallup and Albuquerque. I assume Santa Fe is set up to sell to affluent tourists.

I'd suggest --
I'm assuming that you are informed -- know what is real and what is fake, what is a good price, recognize quality, etc
Then look for second-hand, vintage, whatever you want to call it -- consignment stores, eBay, Craigslist

Directly from the Natives themselves, right at the Palace of the Governors in Santa Fe.

bargains
The Albq flea market has a lot of offerings and you can find some bargains. The Santa Fe and Tesuque flea markets were getting big, glitzy and expensive a couple of years ago. Pawn shops in Albq and Gallup have some real finds if you know what to look for. Old Town in Albq and the Governor's Palace in Santa Fe have real quality but you usually have to pay for it. If you wait til the Fall the various small towns have fiestas and sometimes have great deals. It is harder to find a real deal anymore...that stuff has just gotten too popular. Hope this helps some. Don't forget to check out the Jemez Pueblo for some deals.
