Default Alamogordo - Kennels

Hey ya'll,

we might go away for a few days and I thought I'd ask ya'll for advice about the kennels here in town. Which ones are to avoid and which ones are good?

Thanks!!!

Claudia

I'm not sure about kennels in Alamo as I wanted to know the same thing but my advice is if you have a neighbor or a friend that can watch your dogs or cats, that would be the best way to go.
I used to dogsit for people and enjoyed it. I've also left a dog I used to have in a kennel and that won't happen again if I can help it.

I was wondering the same thing! We've left our fur-baby at a kennel, where she was happy and they played with her, and also at the vet's, and I almost cried when I picked her up. She was in a cage that she couldn't hardly turn around in!

I'm with SITW, and much rather find neighbors to check on our dog.

Ok my friend is going to watch her *yay*

My coworker was telling me about this kennel:

Cottonwood Pet Resort
40 Mcdonald Rd, Alamogordo, NM
(575) 437-6262

and that her dogs loved it there.
