looking for info on NM artist Theora Story Hoppe (Albuquerque: store, move to)

I have a charcoal picture from this artist, and I'm trying to find more info on her. The back of the picture has a bio that tells of her birth in Ohio in 1924, her move to NM in the 1940s, and that her work was exhibited in Taos, Albuquerque & elsewhere. The paper is dated June 1986, and I'd like to know more current info on her. I've googled with no luck, but found a thread on NM artists here so here I am. Anything would be appreciated! I'm assuming she's passed away by now, but perhaps not. Thanks very much!

You might get some answers from the Harwood Museum in Taos; they are the most eclectic museum here and have a large, varied collection. They have a web presence and their curator is a gem.

You might also post and ask at www.wetcanvas.com in their Art History Forum. An amazing number of art history buffs among the membership.
