We lived in Carlsbad. Believe it or not, the best tortillas came from from the La Tienda store. They built a tortilla factory while we lived there and the tortillas were often still warm when we got hem off the shelf. Their tortilla chips were pretty awesome too.

For off the shelf tortillas, the ABQ Tortilla Company was the best. Before that, I'd only had Mission tortillas. I couldn't believe the difference.

Default Grandma Tortillas

The Grandma Tortillas at Wal Mart are very good i heat them on top of my Burner on my Stove two at a time. But the Flour Tortillas are not good for you the Wheat Tortillas and Wheat Bread are healthier to eat. pintada kid at webtv.net

It depends on the food. If it is enchiladas, you gotta have the corn, and I blue corn is really good. If it is breakfast burritos the flour. If it is tacos, then I like either corn or soft flour depending on my mood. This is all making me hungry.
