If we must Drink Coffee Decaf is best without the Caffeine because you dont end up walking around shaking all day and picking up your Blood Pressure. If we must Drink Cokes Drink Diet Cokes or Drinks without the Sugar. Why overload your Body with Unnecessary sugar when you dont have to even Fruit have LOTS of Sugar, Its natural sugar but its still Sugar and the less sugar you eat the less your Chances of becoming a Diabetic. Better yet, drink water. Add organic apple cider vineagar to it for a kick and a good taste.
Putting coke in your system, whether diet or regular for long periods of time is poisoning yourself. If you must do it, do it in moderation.

Default Green Tea and Water

Yes I agree about drinking plenty of water Song in the Wind. Drinking Green Tea is great too. As for Apple Cider Vinegar its great to Gargle with and to Avoid Sore Throats. Yogurt is Great to Eat also and for Sore Throats but you shouldnt eat Dairy Products when you have a Cold. el pintada kid

Beer is also good for anything that ails you. I find that a shot of whiskey taken immediately after swimming is quite healthy. Snorting the salt from a margarita will cause you to sneeze, but if you chug the margarita your nose will clear up eventually.

Wow, I didn't know that about dairy products and sore throats. I don't like milk when I have a sore throat anyway. I agree with the green tea. 6/3 can feel you in on that. He knows all about green tea.
A little cognac will clear up a cold too although I don't like the way it burns on the way down.
The margarita thing is making my nose hurt just thinking about it. Ouch.

After your meeting, what were your impressions of the teabag? I heard that the teabag seeps on its side.
