Pintada Kid reminded:
> You Forgot One Moon
> The Harvest Moon. el pintada kid
Are you sure about that? I've always been calling the full moon nearest to the autumnal equinox.
Also, the hunter's moon is the full moon just after the harvest moon.
I found this list:
----------------------------
January ----- Wolf moon only
February ---- Ice moon
March ------ Storm moon
April -------- Growing moon
May -------- Hare moon
June -------- Mead moon
July -------- Hay moon
August ----- Corn moon
September - Harvest moon
October ---- Hunter's moon
November -- Snow moon
December -- Winter moon
----------------------------
These months would be approximations since the equinox is around Sep 21, so it would be possible to be full as late as October 4th.
Note that the name above shows that this is actually the most excellent moon to howl at.

Catman, I think you'll be howling at 8 since you're on central time and RamblinRose at 9 since she's on eastern time.
It would be nice to howl at the same time but if we can't, howl when you can.
The actual full moon is at 8:27 pm tonight mountain time but I usually howl for a couple nights before and after just because I like to.
