I preferred Santa Fe but did enjoy Taos too. I especially love Red River and would go back there. Not being a liberal it is hard to find a place that one would fit in. Although back in the early 70s, I would have fit in quite nicely!!!!!

Your post made me smile.

No one on earth is less of a liberal than I am, and I am fitting right in living in Santa Fe.

There are nice people on all sides of the political spectrum; I just have learned who to talk politics with and who not to.

I could happily live in Santa Fe, Taos OR Red River.

We has a wonderful meal at Graham's Grille this past Friday and would recommend you try it. We've eaten a number of great sandwiches at the Bent st. Cafe also.The Apple Tree was a good place, but it has closed.
