Towanda, I'm happy to hear that you don't tell people they're going to hell and Christianity is the only way and all that crap.
That's all I used to hear in the past and it's a turnoff.
I think I need to know the church people and the doctors you know.

I have known some really wonderful church people who are filled with love and grace and who take care of their neighbors and the less fortunate and who try to lead a holy life.

I am a Christian. I don't think I ever told anyone they were going to hell; and certainly would not have gotten a kick out of it.

I'm not a religious person but am spiritual.

The most spiritual person I've known is a woman who lost her husband to cancer, then her son was diagnosed with cancer and was undergoing treatment, her daughter was in a serious car accident and hurt badly and she almost died in the hospital of a kidney ailment. When I talked to her about God testing her. She said "God is showing me how much I can handle." An amazing lady.

Merry Christmas to everyone.
