Laughing that you remember that I don't know how to shoot a gun.
I've lived in a city all my life. The only people I knew that had guns were cops.
The only meat I've had came from a grocery store.
Don't know any other way.

I'm female, 32, married for 15.5 years, have two daughters (8&16) and a son (10). Six cats, four dogs and seven horses. All the people, all the cats, two of the dogs and six of the horses will be coming west with us. I'm currently in TN and hating every second (been raining for the past two weeks-meds not working and can't breathe worth a darn)- dang near willing to live in a hut and eat nuts and berries to get to NM.
Love reading, horseback riding, cooking, hate shopping and think malls are the antithesis of all things good and right- listen to mostly country, but can sing right along with heavy metal, bluegrass, ol' Regular Baptist sung gospel music, oldies and classic rock- used to be a professional photographer before I got sick, so I still have all the toys.
Never had a friend my own age, have the southern tradition of BSin' firmly ingrained in my psyche and have a terribly low tolerance for stupidity.

Next? :-)

PK - very nice idea

I am female, early 50s, widowed four years, 4 kids (35, 33, 33 and 22), 4 grand-kids with another on the way. I live in beautiful Las Cruces with my youngest kid, oldest grand-kid (age 14) and 3 wonderful dogs.
I like gardening, home decorating, watching BBC America, reading lots of mysteries. I knit a bit, take lots of pictures, and listen to all kinds of music from Cole Porter to Tom Morello.
I've wanted to live in NM for many, many years, and now that I'm here, I know that I've finally found my "heart's hometown."
