My ties with NM are stronger than in CO as I OWN NM property outright...no loans or liens. I own every pebble and scorpion. Can't say the same for Denver as I share these properties with banks, alas. I'm in NM twice to three times a year and soon will be in TorC to stay. Maybe by the first of the year! One more vampire for the desert : (* >
