I grew up in the Mountains with the Old people who would look for plants for food and for Remedios since doctors were too far away and some people didnt own vehicles or could afford to drive them. My Grandparents who raised me knew about most plants and what they could do. I always tell people to talk to their Doctors about plants and Remedios i recommend. Immortal is a Very important plant and i remember as a kid my grandparents would grind the root into a powder and make us kids snort it like cocaine talkin about sneezing also boiling the root and just smelling the fumes after boiling can be very Beneficial to people that have Asthma. Todays Flus attack your body to where you cannot walk sometimes i put on rattlesnake fat and it works Great but you must believe also because the mind is a powerful Healer along with Praying. I make Remedios or know of all kinds of plants from Gingivitis to Diabetes to High Blood Pressure, Arthritis and even make a Remedio for Colds and know about what to do about Sore Throats and Vitamins etc. Most remedios are harmless if you understand and like everything else not use in Excess. As For My Body and Working out on machines most of my life i spent doing something useful with my energy then expending it on nothing. I guess you might say if i was gonna wear out my body i would do it digging or Landscaping or just everyday yard work and hiking and exploring and getting plenty of N.M. Sunshine. p.s. did i forget to mention having a Nice lookin woman who loves music and animals and the outdoors while you are exploring N.M. can be Great for your Health too. el pintada kid

As long as i get something out of the Deal first before dying Song who knows. I use to have a Chihuahua years ago that always slept with me and i had him for 17 years and he wouldnt let my ex into bed let alone any other women so back then i wasnt worried about women in my house now i am so I sleep with both a 357 and a Dagger under my Pillow but dont tell anyone i dont want to scare all the Good Prospects of Bunnies that might be on here. el pintada kid

All I know is that for allergy symptoms, local bee honey works but that's my only health issue -- or maybe it's working to keep other ailments away.
