Default Great Roadrunner (the actual bird) Photos from Bernalillo

We had a rare (but very welcome) visitor to our backyard yesterday afternoon & again this morning. A roadrunner. I was lucky enough to get really close (within 2 ft, no lie) and got some great photos of him as he posed on our patio wall. Enjoy!!!!

I'm kinda proud of them!!! We had the patio door open trying to get Espresso (foster dog) in the house and the Runner was sure eyeballing our living room... Husband finally got worried he'd come in the house so we shut the door. I hope he's a frequent visitor...

Default Love 'em!

Wonderful photos! You lucked out having such an opportunity, and you took full advantage of it. Now you have me thinking of the NM float in the Rose Parade!

Great pics, Soggy.......do you have feeders out? We used to have a roadrunner as a regular visitor in the winter (West Texas) since my mom always has one or more feeders out!
