Haven't had the chance, darlin'. I've been to its summit as a young boy with my crazy pit-bull of a father in his Triumph TR-3...but not since. Once the Gods give me back my mitt then I intend to roar about the mountains, hills, valley's and canyons with reckless abandon! Dracul will ride the dragon once more!!!!
I keep hearin' about this Red River run. I'm down for it Brian, just gimmi back my mitt and my ride and I'm there!
Gonna check the new and totally awesome Star V-MAX FOR 2009!!! Only 2,500 will be released in this country. Almost 200 horsepower right out of the box!!! Killer, hot rod styling, brutish torque and already an aftermarket for this cycle-slayer. I really want one. Mama will say NO but I really, REALLY want one!!!!! Pop on some headers, maybe a turbo or a blower and you're over 300 ponies and warp speed! I neeeeeeddd this therapy, I really do doc! PPPPlllllllllleeeeeezzzzzzzzzzz!!!!!! Hot bikes are my weakness...not my only weakness...but I have a real yearnin' fer 'em!
news flash: My man david has a spankin' new v-max on his floor waitin' for me to throw a leg over it! They open at 10:00a.m. Tomorrow, i'll be there at 10 sharp. Can't yet ride the beast 'till this bloody cast is cast away, but i'm gonna fire her up and find out who i have to kill for this machine. Consider the job done in advance!
What she wants most of all is what I want too; a one way trip to our little homestead in TorC! That trumps even the wicked bike I'll be drooling over tomorrow.
I have the same feelings about the new Triumph Bonneville. It is just something about two cylinder motorcycles.
