...around the LC and TorC areas??? Checked out Anderson and Sierra homes. Pretty good bang for the proverbial buck, but are we missing other key players who could offer smokin' deals? Not large homes: 1,500' is plenty large enough. Exterior finish can be anything decent. Quality should be good.
